Who We Are
Chris Armond (Bed Hons, NPQH) is a qualified teacher , Headteacher and former National Leader of Education (NLE) with over 30 years experience working with SEMH pupils in a variety of specialised settings. This has included leading SEMH special schools to good and outstanding judgements at Ofsted.
Chris is also a qualified First Aid Instructor, MIDAS Advanced Driving Instructor and an Associate Intermediate Team Teach Tutor.

Claire Buffham
Claire has been in education for over 25 years, where she has worked most of her time in Special Educational Needs and the last 20 years in senior leadership roles including Director within a large Trust. She set up and ran a SEND Teaching School and has a track record of school improvement including designing and running DFE projects, supporting schools to achieve outstanding Ofsted grades, running training courses and supporting senior leaders. Until recently, she has been a serving Ofsted Inspector for 8 years trained in the new framework.
She also has a Post Graduate qualification in Business Leadership Coaching and utilises this both to deliver one to one coaching but also to support her school improvement work.
