The Qualsafe Level 1 Award in Introduction to Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification for people who wish to raise their awareness of mental health and improve their mindfulness in work and everyday life. The qualification would be suitable for an individual or a group of up to 25 colleagues within a business.
Overview
Throughout this half day course, learners will be introduced to mental health issues such as depression and suicide and build an understanding of stress.
Topics covered include: An introduction to the use of appropriate language when supporting others and the importance of self-care as a tool to potentially improve mental health. - Qualsafe Level 2 Award in Understanding Mental Health in the Workplace (RQF)

Throughout this 1 day course, learners will develop an understanding on the importance of positive mental health and wellbeing in the workplace and the role that everyone plays in recognising mental health issues at work.

The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace (RQF) is a regulated and nationally recognised qualification that has been specifically designed for those who would like to become a Mental Health First Aider in their workplace. This qualification raises learners’ awareness of mental health, develops an understanding on how to support, reassure and signpost fellow colleagues to professional support.
Overview
Throughout this 2-day course, learners will develop the knowledge, skills and confidence to actively promote positive mental health in the workplace by covering a range of topics, including: understanding mental health and its importance, awareness of their own wellbeing as a Mental Health First Aider, common mental health conditions, how to support those experiencing poor mental health at work with tools such as active listening and non-judgemental support.
